At Hotel Val, you can start your day on holiday with a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Local products, homemade cakes and jams as well as fresh bread from Selva Gardena will give you the energy you need to set off on your adventures in the mountains.
In the evening, our chefs Gewin and Veronica will serve you traditional Ladin, Italian and South Tyrolean dishes made from regional ingredients. If you book your stay with half board, you can expect an excellent four-course menu in the evening and the opportunity to help yourself to our fresh salad buffet. If you have any food intolerances, please contact us. We will be happy to put together a special menu for you.
